That looks brilliant Timbergiant, exactly the same kind of transformation I'd like to do to mine! Do you have any links to the lights you used? Also, the floor tiles look great, are they anything special or just bog-standard ones from Wickes or similar?
I was wondering about the tiles, which look nice. I think I'd be concerned about breakage in a garage setting though.Timbergiant said:
We moved to a new place last year and the garage was a dirty, dingy, mice and spider infested, flat roofed nightmare, I decided it needed changing as a matter of urgency, once the building work got going it was certainly dirtier but its been worth it, EcoLED light panels from E36GUY.

Well it certainly looks brilliant white I look forward to seeing a photo when it's finished with some tools, racks of oils and cleaning stuff, a few pictures. But I agree, it's a nice clean starting point.
There won't be anything else going in, all the tools and such will be kept away from there, its just the cars bedroom Timbergiant said:

You have a nice workshop.
It's great to have either even better to have both.
After many years I finally have a double garage attached to my house, so no more defrosting cars and I'm determined to keep it clean and clutter free.
I also have a decent sized garage in the garden which I will be raising the roof and installing ramps when time / funds allow.

It isn't a garage if there is nothing but the car in, that is car storage, the word garage implies some activity other than storing a car.

Superb garage & amazing cars. Thanks for sharing.Just wondered... Do you have another garage 'Round the Back', with less glamorous stuff in?
I know if I was in the position to own the cars you do, I wouldn't be able to resist also stocking up on random less valuable cool old motors!
E30's, Old Range Rovers & G Wagens, Fiat Spiders, NSU Ro80's etc!

Pah, that ain't a garage! This is a garage:
OK, not the best garage, but it is my garage. Spent a week in March taking off the leaky ste asbestos roof sheets and replacing it with a single span of box profile sheeting on z purlins. Managed to finish the cedar batten and board cladding this eve, and get the ridge flashing on.
Really happy with it so far. Long term plan is to knock the middle wall down and stick a big roller shutter door on, making it into a useful 6x5m workshop. But I think I'll tackle that next year. Need to get leccy out there for lighting before winter.
