Steve , did you take the XJ220 to that Aston Owners club concours at Waddedson a while back, there were about 15 of them there. All lined up it was a great sight.

I cannot believe the price of the XJR-15. I'm not suggesting it's cheap but surely they are extraordinarily good value compared to similar cars?

Planning to get a roof built on top and make it a proper garage or maybe section off one side with a roof to keep my favourite one inside smile

Well you've got a decent site for a garage but I don't think that photo goes on this thread yet! hehe

Hi, yes, I did - it was a great day out and nice to meet some other owners. Good of AMOC to host us. I guess you were there in your DB2?

I think they are very cheap indeed, mainly because McLaren and Ferrari do a brilliant job of managing the customer relationship and making ownership of an F1 or F40 feel very exclusive. The XJR-15 has no such support from Jaguar - and TWR sadly went 'bang'. Which does make it a bargain, especially when you consider its Le Mans / Group C heritage, 'first' with carbon fibre (chassis, clutch) and amazing driving experience. That suits me fine, as I secured one for what I thought was a very reasonable price. They currently change hands for not much more than a good E-type, which is absurd, but markets are like that.

Definitely not the best on here by any stretch, but this is mine. Took me ages to sort tools out when I moved in, so now make sure they all go back at the end of the day.
