As you are Speedworks Motorsports photographer you must get better pictures of the Toyota as it seams to be going slower than the other cars.Only joking.
Myself and two of my boys will be at Thruxton Sat mid day for BTCC 2nd practice and qualifying,hotel Sat night and then all day Sun.
Hope the weather is ok so we can watch some of the racing from the banking opposite the pits,if its raining I will have to rough it in the hospitality marquee all day.

We'll be there all weekend as always. In a tent. In the pissing rain. Good luck Ollie! Hopefully better luck will come your way this time.
Managed to nearly freeze to death AND get sunburned last time so against my better judgement have bought one of those really irritating slightly camp beach shelter things to hide in between races.

I'll be there Sunday, I'm taking my little niece (she's 6) to her first proper race meeting, she can't wait. Hopefully the rain will hold off, she may not enjoy it as much if she spends the whole day cold and wet and therefore may not want to go again.

Looks like turks is heading back to the btcc he is back in london sorting out deals to get back to the btcc. Would be good to see him back but who knows if he will be back.
Also what time is the first race on sunday.

I'd get grand stand seats, at least you'll be dry so just need to wrap up warm. We had them for superbikes and the view was pretty good, video screen across the track but best of all seats reserved so turn up late straight in and you have a seat with a view, no battling the traffic trying to get in. Hope you and your niece enjoy the day.

Grandstand seats for me and the Mrs on Sunday. Usually sit up on the banking, but wimped out due to the forecast! Should be entertaining watching braking in the wet into the last chicane.
For anyone thinking about the grandstands only the first two rows were still available this afternoon.

Cheers Egor110, we are planning to get Grandstand seats, though if it's just the first two rows that are available, we may get wet anyway!!

Well im certainly not wimping out will be at my useual spot at the first chicane but will be getting wet weather gear before i go i also take a small tent which is handy for sheeltering from rain and sun.
