I had the ZF6 transmission serviced today. It has made it smoother but it was pretty smooth before so there isn’t a huge improvement.
I was on the fence about doing it as I only do about 4k miles a year so even without a service, I most likely wouldn’t have run into any trouble in the 2-3 years I plan to own the car. Maintenance schedules are there for a reason though so I just got it done.
£450 it cost which included a new sump, mechatronic sleeve and ZF lifeguard fluid.

That's good, how do you find the speed of the shifts?
No change to the shift speeds after the service. The shift speeds are decent in general though if going hard on the throttle. Now that I’ve had it serviced, I am tempted to try the XHP flash which I’ve heard good things about.
