Great day...I was driving the Caterham on Saturday and enjoyed myself trying to get the passengers to scream :-) aswell as enjoying the "metal" on display. Managed to get my 8 year old son the first passnger lap in the Zonda, he hasn't stopped talking about it since.
If anyone has any pictures / video of the Caterhams (or mine specifically), then please contact or post on youtube ?
I was in the Orange R400 Superlight
Thanks to all for making it a great day and for a very worthwhile cause.

I'm still recovering, aches everywhere and my sunburn is starting to get sore. Still grinning like a cheshire cat and looking forwards to next year.

Special thanks as well to Max and the Sporting Bears team, brilliant work guys. Just about recovered, great event and the Sporting Bears were thrilled to come along and offer a little difference from the wow on track and the fun on the Caterhams, the whole mix of activity was great, the boys in the fire engine had great fun and nbever stopped and the Bears managed to pull a couple of very special cars down to0, the XJ220 and Countach were our star cars. Great moment for me was taking the new Bentley GT V8 onto track with a Ferrari nut who seemed disappointed to be put in a Bentley.....well he wasn't when he got out!!!!! Thanks to all the Bears who came, some from up North too...all the volunteer helpers, marshals and just everyone, great event with everything on the tin, THE SUPERCAR EVENT it was.

I had a cracking day with the Sporting Bears, and was cool that we could give it some proper welly on the perimeter road! The little boy I took out at the end of the day couldn't believe we over-took a fire engine his Dad was driving with siren and lights going.
My thanks to all the organisers in particular Huw and Max for their efforts with Bears, it really was a fantastically well organised and well run event. Everyone I spoke to seemed to be having a great time.
Finally, thanks to Lexus for bringing down the LFA, my laps round the track were absolutely awesome and I'll never forget the incredible noise it makes, plus it was particularly cool when he hung the back end out round Gambon.

I can't find any photos of my silver R35 GTR that I ran on track Saturday - reg ending DAS.
Anyone please?
Would be nice to have a souvenir as I missed out on the lunchtime BBQ for the drivers (nobody told me!!).
Aside from that, it was a great day and really worthwhile cause - I drove about 25 sets of laps and am sure that the money raised is well used.

I would echo that as also had a couple of fun days doing the Sporting Bears side of things........ i would urge anyone who owns something interesting to have a look at what they do and consider joining their ranks, it's not necessarily a huge commitment as you can do as much or as little as you want to help out ....and yes, that perimeter road was put to particularly good use by myself aswell

Here is my fave bit of the day ,and big thanks to Chris for the passenger hot laps in his very own ferrari enzo . I wish i started filming from the outlap as that was the fastest lap due to being first out of the blocks and Chris pushed it on the first corners to the limit , from then on slower cars in the way (well slower ferrari's if thats possible) ;-) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPeO7ck89qw&fea...great day for me thanks to all that organised and helped it happen kelly
