The lack of BSB at Croft is nothing to do with noise or historic court cases. There is plenty of noisy bike racing at Croft every year from the North East Motorcycle club, to No Limits, via the Classic Bikes.
My response was purely to disavow slopes of his incorrect reasons as to why Croft had noise challenges in general.

The trouble with Croft is, some miserbale excuse for a human being moved nearby and then spent god alone knows how long whinging about the noise, so they had to reduce the number of days they were allowed to operate and hence why MSV have not bought the circuit. smile
Read the last paragraph of this article that explains who the complainants were.

In summary, bitter ex-wife and her parents seek revenge on her ex-husband who is heavily involved in the running of Croft. That’s the real story, not people moving into the area. Nobody else complained.
What a bh.

Andy Irwin loves to stir the pot, and today’s offering is a picture of Glenn seemingly posing with a Fireblade and an Africa twin in what looks to be some official pictures for someone.

I’ve heard that an Irwin / PBM announcement is imminent, but who knows
I really hope they’re back as the paddock will be worse off without them, and Irwin will be a genuine title contender

He cant really be going anywhere else but the lateness of the announcement is a worry, probably just a season on last years bikes is all it is.

Not sure of the team. Rest assured however that he’ll be up at the front (as I predicted last year) challenging for the title.

I believe Leon will be a genuine contender this year, as there’s a fix in place for the engine problems he suffered last year

But will he be on the grid? Nothing has been announced about him or PBM so far and the season starts quite soon now. Most people who are going to Navarra have already booked travel and accommodation, that's how soon it is, yet we don't have any confirmation of Haslam or PBM being on the grid. Do we?

It seems now days that you need to make an announcement when you’re even changing shoelaces

I assume that means they he won't be on the grid then.

You’ll have to wait and see until he either announces plans, or just rocks up at the official test without any fanfare

Personally, I preferred the days when you only officially announced team changes and everyone just assumed it was business as normal if they heard nothing
Now days you appear to have to announce a change in toothpaste brands

I seem to recall that he did the same last year, rocked up to the official test on a BMW before he announced his plans for 2023.

Yeah, he's not a big fan of all the Fanfare, or even social media for that matter
I can see why people do it, as big launches and attention are great for appeasing the profile requirements of big Corporate sponsors, but ultimately, they seem to be all getting a bit too much now days
The Rokit chap doesn't seem too fussed about all that stuff, so unless SMR / BMW want it, I can't see him doing it, and just rocking up at the first test at Doni in a few weeks

Also, according to BSN, PBM and Glenn Irwin is officially a "maybe" but apparently their sources are saying it's currently closer to a yes than a no

None of the 'other offers' he was waiting for came good then!
