Here are a few pics of my suspension overhaul earlier in the year.
This made a huge difference to the overall handling and feel of the car, I always thought it was good before, but much better afterwards, especially noticeable on bumpy, undulating and challenging roads. The foundations need to be right before spending the money on the shiny bits.
Wheels should be arrive today with a bit of luck.

Looks lovely, so if it was fully geo'd then you are fine.

New wheels and tyres fitted,I am well chuffed with these. The colour of the silver is perfect for what I want. Bit of a scary drive on four new tyres like being on ice for the first few miles!
Thanks for the guidance guys.

They did on my ipad - they look blackish on my PC with 28 inch monitor. Lovely wheels, just have a reputation for not being the toughest wheels, ie they can buckle quite easily when shown potholes, kerbs etc. Take care and enjoy!

and thanks riggs im very proud of her.
tbh the hub conversion and spiders give the car a totally different stance. she sits wider and so looks very squat from the rear. i still love the old bbs multi spoke on a griff but estorils for me always let the car down.
personal preference i know but they feel like an after thought of what they could find to fit the four stud hub rather than any kind of design aesthetic (i didnt check the spelling of this) wink

Have to admit I loved the look of my car with 18" Spiders on, but could never get the handling right. The fronts are just too wide. After moving to the 17/18 RL7s the improvement is very noticeable. The RL7s are heavy, so I would imagine the SP12s would be even better - just not 'TVR' enough for me personally.
