handbrake cable replacement
Discussion
In my experience the answer would have to be no. I've recently replaced mine as part of an under car refurb but I found that as the cable hadn't been replaced before (15 years), the split pin holding the clevis pin in place was rusted and wouldn't budge. Needed every bit of access in order to get it off at the handbrake end.
