had the large fusebox pod laying lose for long time (VOR)- the plumbing appears to be drooping down over battery leaving no obvious space for fusebox.

Any pics how it should go back would be most helpful

The single mounting bolt - is that at top or bottom? - Do I simply cable-tie the heater valve and hoses back up and toward centre console? - At the mo they would rub on fuse and relay board at best. - Hoses have not been removed, just the fuse box

Can the fuse box go back with the battery already bolted back in position? (has been removed earlier)

I cannot bend easily into footwell at the mo and looking for quick easy re-fix so I dont put my back out!

Hi looking at the way I had to change fuses I believe the best way is to remove the battery !! My hoses are cable tied up comfortably , regarding photos I will look later .

In this thread you can see a picture of my fuse box correctly fitted as I don’t have that dreadful heater valve obscuring the view of the fuse box.

There is one bolt at the bottom of the fuse panel and one bolt at the bottom of the fibre glass pod/housing securing it to the wheel arch which may seem under engineered but once bolted into position does surprisingly work.

The fuse panel to the pod yes, but I doubt the pod/housing to wheel arch as you need to tuck all the excess cables into the back of the fibreglass fuse box housing if not the housing will not fit flush against the wheel arch. Furthermore, you won't be able to reach the bolt right at the back plus you'll have to push the hoses up and out of the way. Lifting out the battery would allow access to tidy, curl up & tie wrap the cables behind the housing and also make Manoeuvring the fuse box up into position and behind the hoses easier. The battery is only held in place by two bolts though the floor but would require lifting right out.

You’re making me appreciate my health.
