Estoril Wheel Centres in aluminium anyone?
Discussion
Bump...
So after a run got home and noticed one of my centres were missing, the nut was still in and a small ring of plastic.
Sooo, if there any more batches going in the future, I would be interested.
In the meantime, have found fibreglass replacement and centre badge, but will need to be sprayed. Anyone know the closest colour? There was talk of Landrover or Volvo silver...?

Where did you get your centre badge from, there are a few on ebay but not sure if they are any good.

Just a note on this one... the recess size is 58mm.. (in the plastic ones and therefore metal as they are an exact profile copy).... add a bit of paint and the fact the badge comes in oversize, you actualy need 57mm dia ones.
there is a company on E-bay that does this size (you pick from a drop down box) however they are not on at this moment in time...
but buying 60mm and trying to cut them down etc will not work... and 55mm ones look cr*p....
so worth waiting until they come back on again or asking the others offering them, to make to 57mm ID

There are a few listed on ebay and some dealers. In haste, did order some 60mm ones but cancelled, as John notes, need 57mm, so am pursuing some links. I'll post here if successful.
Cheers

Upadte: Just had an email from Chris Bingley at http://www.capricorncoating.co.uk/
He can supply 57mm centres as per this pic I sent him. £15 for 5.
Cheers!

Great timing as I've just dropped my wheels off at the refurbishers this morning! I've emailed Chris asking for a set. Is there any chance of another batch of wheel centres being made up in aluminium? I'd certainly go for some.He can supply 57mm centres as per this pic I sent him. £15 for 5.

P.S. Am a relatively new Griff owner having owned my previous TVR for 5 years.
Got my wheels back from being refurbed today. Really pleased with the ali centres. I've had them done in quite a bright metallic silver as I think the Estorils can look a bit dowdy if they're too dark. Personal preference and all that though. Picture doesn't really do them justice but here goes anyway;
