The passenger side window of my Griff 500 is stuck in the up position. I think it is the switch that is at fault. Is this an easy task to replace please?

should be, old vauxhall part, just pulls out.

I would try swapping them over first to be sure.

Check voltage to the motor first. It could be the motor gear box, worn nylon drive cog.
