Overturned In Leeds

Some drivers are continuing to tear it down Kirkstall Rd, suprised that WYP haven't increased their patrols after what happened.

Yeah it's mad that they have focussed on stopping people using the bus lane so much but people are free to drive down there at 40+ despite it being a 30 limit.

I passed this too on Friday early pm. It can only have just happened as the queue was only 20 or so cars heading from Headingley into town.

I couldn't work out quite how it had occurred. Car pulling out of the side road opposite? Still surprising for it to end up on it's roof given the road layout, the 30 limit and the speed camera about 10 yards from that spot to enforce that limit. All a bit odd.
