Standard or uprated clutch ?

My Griff has a bit more power and a fair bit more torque than when it left the factory. For the last few years I have been running an “uprated” clutch supplied by V8D which I believe came from Helix. It has survived a good number of aggressive Hillclimb starts on slicks but now needs replacing.
What opinions do people have about using the standard spec clutch for repeated enthusiastic starts with a bit of extra power ? I am tempted to go back to standard to reduce the pedal weight but don't want to get the box out again at the end of the year.
