I'd have sorted the stalling before doing any other mods.

Been their done that now then did you put new wadding back in ?
My experiments were fully sleeve no wadding = race car
Half perforated that's opposite (diagonal ) and not to tightly packed wadding lovely lowd grunt and not to bad on a good stint

Btw I have acquired another exhaust and will be adapting to cherry bombs
And thinking about experimenting with an electric exhaust gate valve ?
