Need a builder

I'd like to get some quotes for knocking down my existing detached double garage and building a triple garage with accommodation above (2 rooms, galley kitchen, shower room & toilet).

May want a single story link to the house as well (utility / boot room).

Anyone recommend a builder who would be interested and could do a good job for a good price?

I can recommend Rayners in Leeds, they are currently mopping up after a firm we hired completely cocked up our refurb, they are professional and really know what they are doing. Unfortunately there are some really unscrupulous firms in Leeds at the moment, do your research, go on recommendation if you can, go and see some of the builders previous work and chat to the property owners. Above all make sure you have a full and proper contract with agreed stage payments etc.
