Got in my Griffith today. Pressed the boot release and nothing. Totally dead.
Has this happened to anyone else?
How did you fix it? Thanks

Assume you heard no clicking sound ?
if not then your boot release solenoid has packed in or jammed.
Only about £9 for the unit.
Refer to you handbook re getting into the boot the secret way.

Yep agree with TVRJohn, my solenoid jammed open so the boot wouldn't close. It's dead simple to get to check out and change if it's knack'd. Do a search on here for the part numbers as somebody posted them up.
