I've been having problems with UK Expat VPN, so I got a free trial of Windscribe which is working well. I'll be switching to that once my subscription is up for the former. Trying a free trial of another VPN will let you know if it's your VPN or a wider problem.
I got rid of UK Expat last year when they stopped answering emails. Been using Express vpn since then all the other channels work OK But ITVX app will download but will not open. When I've had problems with VPNs before it usually says "Not available in your location "
