Ended up buying a new electric seat switch for the Disco yesterday. £112. *One* *hundred* *and* *twelve* pounds for about £3 worth of plastic and metal. And not much metal. That really is taking the piss. Especially since I couldn't then get the key to turn in the ignition and ended up buying a new lock also. £99. Plus VAT in both cases. Sheesh.

I'd have dismantled and fixed it, but we needed my wife to be able to drive the car and the seat wouldn't go forward so she could reach the pedals!
