Last night on spen lane a group of around 5-6 cars going atleast 70 mph over the mini roundabout, I'm all for pushing on when the situation allows, that however was stupid and unsafe
Which mini roundabout? There are 3 on Spen Lane. Vesper Road, Queenswood Drive one and then the Butcher Hill one. I've made progress down that road many a time but don't think I've ever taken any of them at a speed close to 70mph though!

What car and do you have a PH sticker?

If anyone spots a proper proper shed of a MX5 in white give me a wave!

Spotted a vw polo covered in some sort of woolly coat, with a chritmas tree on the top and christmas lights all over it. Was parked on the ring road at Horsforth yesterday evening. Very bizarre
Is that the one that used to have some kind of ship on the roof with a pirate at one point?

Followed an absolutely stunning red Maserati Granturismo MC Stradale through Headingley for a while today. That thing sounds utterly glorious even on idle. Superb symphony from the exhausts when the driver gave it a bit of welly. yum

A good attempt at a Corsa VXR rep at the Kirkstall Morrisons petrol station tonight but the piddly sxi brakes were an easy giveaway. Don't know why someone would go to all that effort though.

Aren't they just those stty limited edition ones?

The Looks of a VXR but a poxy engine?
I've seen those but this one had the correct VXR bumpers and spoiler, even had the central exhaust.

Orange SL of some form, possibly an attempt at the black series in Horsforth last night. A group of lads in a Mondeo ST220, swift A class of some form (possibly 45 AMG) and a white A3 behaving like gimps on Kirkstall Road also last night, I may have goaded the A3 driver into a traffic light GP twice as a result, not smart on my part I'll admit.

Oh and a matte baby blue 500 Abarth also on Kirkstall Road, might be the one with a fruity exhaust, stock colour is pearl white iirc.

Giblets sheddy MX5 on Woodhall Lane, Calverly at 4:30 today
I hope it wasn't as I was in work then and the only key for it is in my jacket. Not been home yet!

Right, looking at all sheddy MX5s thinking 'is that Giblet?'. So, was it you at Sainsburys petrol station Rawdon at around 4.00?
Sadly not, I was in my kitchen wet vaccing the seats for said shed at that time. It's not been driven for nearly two weeks. Surely there can't be any other MK1's out there that are as bad as mine?

I didn't and was in the car with the crap dashcam so can't even check back on that, it'll just be a black mass of pixels.

It had a vented bonnet and an assortment of "J-Spec" type go-faster stickers dotted around it.
No worries, hopefully I'll manage to spot it at some point.

Followed an 04 plate silver E39 M5 down Kirkstall Road into the Asda car park this evening. Never seen on such a late plate before.

If it was a poorly sounding purple Galant VR4 with duct tape on the OSF arch then yup that will have been me heading home from work.

It was definitely a purple galant, had my music on so couldn't hear it, looked nice and mean though compared to the other smooth rounded euro boxes
That's my first spot since I signed up on here nearly 6 years ago! I have a leak in the downpipe and noisy lash adjusters so it doesn't sound all that pleasant at the moment. Should be sorted once the required bits arrive from Japan (via Australia). If only I could order parts overnight from Japan and build a 10 second car wink
