Tesco still taking our safety seriously

So much for the 50 limit on s/c. Got stuck behind a Stobrat/Tesco combo on York ring road earlier who was happy to boot it away from every roundabout like a scalded cat, right up to the point of reaching 39mph and then wouldn't do a single mph more. Clearly they haven't got the message yet. 
No chance of going round him as I was in an Iveco 17 tonner auto with 9 tonne of papers in the back.

Exactly that. They do it on purpose 'cause they're sad 
s and get off on the tiny bit of 'power' they have. He was quite happy to come past me on the A64 when he barely had 1mph on me so clearly in a rush to get to his Tesco shop yet soon as we get on the single track he's now got all the time in the world to drag the arse out of the job. To those questioning the speed limit, it's NSL all round that section of the York ring road with clear straight roads for miles between the roundabouts so absolutely no reason not to be doing 50.
