as if i haven't got enough tvrs in bits i am doing a 500 griff chassis change, thought you lads might be interested, story so far is car came to me for outriggers but on removing the body it soon became apparent that a chassis was required, i have sourced one from r t racing it is now off being shot blasted prior to my chassis treatment it is going to be silver all be it a commercial ral colour, got some works to do on the power plant new valley gasket and some prettying up of the motor itself, also losing the long defunct air con so a few pics to give you a flavour of the job so far.

just an update got the new chassis back yesterday and set it up ready for the paint system, it has had a zinc rich epoxy primer then high build primer and finally top coat with a high solids content, the system was developed in the north sea and is said to have a 20 year life span adding to this the fact it can be repaired or repainted makes it the ideal chassis covering.

lots more done built up the engine bay all the wiring plus upgraded the starter/charging circuit and fitted bespoke jump start plug, the old 100 amp fuse holder has gone and a nice manly marine version installed no more trouble there then, seat belts back in, cooling systemic, so new alarm and tracker to go rebuild dash and push the button.
