I have a 94 Griffith the windows are stuck down as the motors have seized up during a long period of non use. Has anyone got any ideas how I can get the door cards off to be able to access the motors to free them up.

Great idea's chaps. I have power to the motors but can't get to the mounting bolts because the glass is down and in the way. Any way I can get glass up manually so I can get at the card fixings

Got the glass up finally. Both motors are worn out so I need to replace . They are the Bosch 0130 821 070 and 069. Can anyone confirm they are from the ford orion or if not what alternative do I use Golf perhaps.

Thanx Asaad,

No luck with that route so far as the thread is two old and the original griffith parts list has gone from the web unfortunately. I can't find stock from my local factors for the Ford orian , fiat 131 etc to check it is right or send it back for restock. A kind chap in Manchester is pretty sure they were fitted to Merc 190's but he wants £65 a piece and I can't send them back if they are wrong, however he did check and Bosch discontinued the motor part quite some years ago. If I type in the Bosch part number into e bay loads come up but none come up with the 069 or 070 at the end ( apart from Ferrari 348 ). This makes me think that the last three digits relate to the application ( car) and that the first part ie FPE 0130 821 relates to the basic motor part. Perhaps a part number chap will tell us what's what with that idea. If that is right then any regulator with the first part of the part number will do and just take off the motor part and fit to the existing TVR gears.

Thanx for that Peter,

Issue now solved for me. They are from a BMW E23,24 and 28 rear doors. Could well be from the Ford orion although I couldn't find one of those to look at it to be sure. Perhaps someone might like to update an alternative parts wiki.
