Nicholas Rossi extradition hearing

just get rid of him to the USA. He's simply taking the piss with all his ridiculous stories and acting.
After the 'its no me' defence failed, he's tried the declining physical health angle to stall proceedings. The wheel chair, the oxygen mask, the 'i can't raise my arms' have all been proven false.


he's being held. At one of his hearings he was complaining that he was being mistreated in prison.
Allegedly the other inmates were repeatedly singing 'leaving on a jet plane' to him.

A court ruling in August that he should return to the US to face serious sex charges - now rubber-stamped by the Scottish government - means he can be moved to the US.

Although he now has 2 weeks in which to appeal that decision. I wonder what odds I'd get on whether he will appeal?

So do we now want to extradite him immediately, or keep him here to face a possible drawn out trial and give the victim here some justice?

Still think my 'bureaucratic 'cock-up' idea would work! Let him appeal once he's on US soil. It's not as if the UK government or indeed the government departments running this country don't screw up on occasion is it? As I stated earlier, The Yanks wouldn't just say "Sorry about this, Because the i's and t's weren't dotted or crossed you can just go now. Again, Sorry, now can we give you a lift somewhere!!"
He appears to be an absolute who would benefit from having his nuts removed, chemically or physically, I don't care which! And before someone starts shouting about his human rights, there seems to be plenty of evidence and consensus that he's guilty, and he certainly didn't consider the rights or feelings of his victims! Get Rid, let him rot in a US jail cell, or have his first taste of US prison sex, saves us paying for the tt to get a softer cell in a UK sex offenders unit! He's an Absolute Scumbag!
