The green 812 comp was pretty special too but yes the above were the stars of the show for me too TheBALDpuma said:

Forgive my Mclaren ignorance but what's special about this one? I used to be a Ferrari fan but I'm so out of touch with the modern stuff that I rarely know what the models are, the green one looked special and I presumed it was a bit of a rarity but the 355 siting on a normal stand and the Enzo appealed to me more. Had there been an F40 there I'd probably have just set up a chair in front of it and sat gazing at it all day long.
I was stood looking at it... and many of the others, trying to work out what was what... why was this one behind a velvet rope and being blocked either side with a wall made from perfectly acceptable-looking McLarens and then it dawned on me, like TheBALDpuma I'd never seen one in real life.
The range appears to be made up of some seriously good cars but I struggle to work out what they are and even tell one model from another in some cases, I see an Artura and then have to Google it to see why it's not a 620 or a 720... and even then I'm not sure what's "entry" level and what I should be wowed by.

For me its special because I've never seen a P1 in the flesh, and it's tinted exposed carbon fibre in my favorite colour
Ah got you, in a moment of madness I forgot about the p1! Thought it was a 650 variant, or 675, or one of the others The range appears to be made up of some seriously good cars but I struggle to work out what they are and even tell one model from another in some cases, I see an Artura and then have to Google it to see why it's not a 620 or a 720... and even then I'm not sure what's "entry" level and what I should be wowed by.

Grey Urus with big off-road tyres and a roof rack full of travel kit on the A1M near Wetherby tonight.
Saw this again yesterday in the Lake District. Awesome piece of kit.
Couple from this week:
Black Ferrari 355 Spider and black Porsche 993 Turbo on the A1M near Wetherby.
This weekend has offered a bumper crop for car spotters. We drove the 356 over to Brid on Saturday morning to see the hotrods racing on the beach. Unfortunately, the moment we drove past the 'Welcome To Bridlington' sign we were enveloped in 'The Fog' which blotted out the sun and you couldn't see the beach from the prom. Also, it was blooming freezing. There was no racing at Brid on Saturday.
However, on the way there it was Porsches galore. I stopped counting and trying to remember what I'd seen after 25 cars... It was like everybody who owned a fancy Porsche was going somewhere on Saturday Morning.
Lovely lunch at the Star and then on the way back from Helmsley a line of supercars heading the opposite direction that was pretty impressive.
They were traveling at speed and not only sleek machines but some big (BIG) pickup trucks. Noise was incredible. I waved at most of them but they all looked quite serious.
Sorry no photos, you'll just have to take my word for it.
Edit to add...
Here are our friends on Friday.
How things looked on Saturday.
