Take the %2c off the end of the link or click HERE
Thanks to the poster by the way, just spent ages looking down the list of AAC aircraft for ones I have worked on.
Apologies for the duff link! I use one of these to upload data, it becomes quite addictive after awhile so proceed with caution...Thanks to the poster by the way, just spent ages looking down the list of AAC aircraft for ones I have worked on.

The tuner thing plugs into a laptop and you upload the data to various websites?

Do you just use that little aerial, i thought you needed some huge thing on your roof?

You can use that aerial but the larger one is a lot better, I think I paid £30 for mine and I stuck it in the loft. Yes, plug it in and follow the instructions on the website, it was very easy and worked first time. The tuner thing plugs into a laptop and you upload the data to various websites?

Does 360radar have different data to what I'd see on FR24?
Tempted to host a receiver for them if so!
Ahh it shows military aircraft too..Tempted to host a receiver for them if so!
Think I just saw a Typhoon refuelling from a Voyager over the Wash .. and now a Tornado has come to do the same.. fascinating!

Forgive my ignorance but I can't seem to find the instructions, can you link to it?

Ditto that's what I do, I use the TV stick with modified drivers with an always on PC in my loft. I use an external aerial on my TV antenna post. The aerial is only a foot or so high and I can pick up aircraft over 300 miles away and have a 94 mile or so average.Software here:
http://feed.flightradar24.com/#windows
My antenna is like this one but not quite the same:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Antenna-ads-b-flightrada...
This is me on FR24:
Radar Username Country ALL Max range Avg range
T-EGTB4 Anonymous United Kingdom 315 94
This is the area, or splat as it's known, that my aerial covers, the different colours represent different altitudes, the outer one being 30000 + i think. The second is a very quiet day showing just the military aircraft visible, the stuff on the map are various overlays you can apply like restricted airspace and airfields.

interesting stuff
Do you just see what your aerial picks up or do you get a combined view of all the other feeders with all their military/police etc traffic?Presumably FR24 filters out all the military and police for the public apps? Do you feeders see military and police aircraft on that too or do you just have the same FR24 display as joe public?

The first display is what i can see, it's combined with all the other users and you view that on another web page. I see all police and most military, as long as they are transmitting which some don't, the F22s didn't recently but they were normally escorted by F15s so you got a rough idea of where they were. I failed to see the Belgian F16s that were over recently but they showed up, the weather wasn't on my side.Presumably FR24 filters out all the military and police for the public apps?
