Fried Chili, Crispy Chili, Black bean, Tofu, etc. I went to Binondo, the oldest Chinatown in the world apparently, to get some "Chili Oil", but was thrown by the selection. Other areas in the Philippines have the more well-known products. Not sure how comprehensive the UK is.

Change of dinner plans - meant to be drinking and getting a burger in NYC, but mate was told not allowed out too late ……. So headed back on the train to New Jersey, grabbed a taxi, and went to an Outback steak house - never eaten in one before - but will again. 22oz Porterhouse - the filet side didn’t need a knife to cut it !!
