Having just commented on the Ukraine thread about context, it reminds me of that here. FoxNews, as in the news part of it, is actually OK. Its far from perfect and they have made some bad calls in the past, but it does a reasonable job of reporting the news. M.
However, what they have done is provide 'entertainment' dressed up as news with their talking heads. They blur the lines of news and try to insinuate that the likes of Ingram, Carlson and the others are pure entertainment and not news. It just happens that they run on FoxNews.
But yeah, 'entertainment channels' is a fair summary

They aren't going to play by any established rules. They've bought the Supreme Court, they've bought the lower courts. They control the media. They run roughshod over Democrats at every chance.
What makes any of you think they'll let Trump actually get punished is beyond me. This is the reality.

We know of those GOP members who attended the trump planning meeting in the WH in Dec 2020 on how to overturn the election loss.
We know those who were also involved in attempting to put pressure onto the 7 swing states election officials trying to claim election fraud.
We know of those involved in the fact electors scheme, those that were involved in trying to deliver the fake votes to Pence.
We know those that were involved in the planning of trumps Elipse rally, in planning the violence, some of whom turned up in full body armour
We know those that deliberately were stalling certifying the real elector votes in Congress so the magamob had time to break in, with the plan to take and destroy those real votes.
We know those that continued to fail to hold trump to account, offered excuses and lies instead, and those that have continued to obstruct investigations and charges.
It's been an error not to hold those to account. Thats why we've had years of inaction and attempted dirt manufacture to help trump instead.
Edit: but then they've got used to not being punished. Latest report on 43 members of congress violated insider trading and conflict of interest laws by failing to disclose their stock trading.
