Dark Urine

My urine has been unusually dark for the past 6 years or so.

I drink at least 2 litres of water a day but it's never clear like it used to be.

Anyone else experienced the same and have any answers?

Cheers all.

No pain typically, but now you mention it, maybe a few times a year there is a burning sensation.

The colour is anything from radioactive to an amber beer to a deep yellow.

I'm not concerned but I'll see the GP when I get a chance. Will also up the water intake a little.

No medication and no vitamins or supplements.

Slightly elevated blood pressure and my sleep isn't as good as it used to be but I'm putting that one down to getting older.

Wednesday 1st May

Well, the Dr thinks my urine looks ok.

In other news, my blood pressure is 166/100 and I've been referred for an MRI (suspected pulsatile tinnitus) and blood tests.
