are the red leather gloves mandatory for the manual? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5etGmBQu3I

The red gloves have nothing to do with driving a manual...... These are the gloves that only a serial killer would wear! From what I understand, during this video, our red leather crazed friend was extremely upset and driving his F430 at speed to track down a man who....... Poked fun at his gloves!!

To be fair to the red interior, I had a 575 with a red interior once. It looked horrible in pictures, which always made it look a very bright red, whereas in real life it looked a really good subtle burgundy colour. Mind you - my current 430 is much better in its tan coloured interior...
The red gloves though are impossible to defend - as is the fact that he appears not to know how to double de-clutch!

110k!!!!!!!! that's just made my day! haha!£110K does seem somewhat ambitious at the moment.... However, I genuinely do believe that this price could be realistic in as little as 12 months from now.
To my knowledge, this is only the second 6 speed manual, Rosso Corsa / Crema that's come to market since I purchased one back in April. Including mine, I've only seen three in total this year.
If demand for the 6 speed manual continues to greatly exceed such limited availability, it is without doubt that prices will continue to rise.

That's the price in the US and in the rest of Europe, so why not in the UK By the way, about the one advertised at £90,000, for sure at this price it is a great deal but careful many F430 are listed as "Manual" but are F1. Pictures needed...

That's a good point about the listing displaying manual gearbox, then turning out to be F1. You see that a lot on Autotrader. If that £90K price is right, it's a great deal, especially when taking in to account the 2 year Ferrari Power Warranty included. Anyone serious about a manual box, I'd say move fast!

whats the story?
I can't say exactly why HRO chose not to retail this car but as a rule, if the main dealer decides not to retail a vehicle, it's normally because the workshop costs involved in preparing the car to Ferrari standards, will outstrip or exceed all potential profits. In such instances, the cars are then traded on to what I would describe as high end secondhand car dealers, who may or may not choose to rectify all the issues.

That was a cheap car - At that price it never was going to hang about.
