Hey all,

In the market for a Huracan Performante Spyder and love the look of this one on Autotrader at the moment....

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202303085...

However, there are a few things bothering me... which might be nothing... or might not be:

1) I realise MOT expired in Jan 2024 and the car has probably been laid up for around 16 months as mileage was 40,000 at Jan 2023 and is still same now. Maybe this isn't particularly unusual for this type of vehicle but can they suffer a but from lack of use (e.g. seals on the magneto shocks)?

2) What is fairly unusual is for it to have covered over 16,000 miles between Jan 2022 and Jan 2023 so I am keen to understand how the vehicle was used in that time. I'm trying to contact previous owner but what do you think is most likely scenario here?

3) I'm not too bothered about the highish miles as I prefer a car that has been used to a garage queen. I am concerned about the resale however. If I need to move the car on in a couple of years I don't want to be stuck with it for months or have to take a massive hit on it. What are peoples thoughts on selling one of these with 50k+ miles on it?
