That's a lovely looking car, very purposeful. Nice choice.

Nice looking car - a Comp version of this car would be my perfect daily.

Love it, great colour. They're fab cars, although as you say, the ride on the Comp can be a bit harsh - but I live with that quite happily given everything else on offer!

Enjoy!

Thanks.

I do get a bit of the look at what you could've won when it comes to the Comp version being honest!

You can see from everyone's reactions that it's a car worth sharing! That colour really is wonderful.

Car looks fab Lee, SMB is one of the nicest colours BMW have done too. Those should certainly correct your criticisms of your previous M3.

I’m a fan of the DCT gearbox and it think it adds something over a normal auto, so it’ll be interesting to hear your thoughts.

I'd be interested in an in depth dct review, considering your love of manuals up until now smile

It's still early days and I've mainly used it in normal auto(setting number 2 when I'm pushing on), but even in normal auto the way it piles the performance on has genuinely blown me away. The shove from it is relentless, and it pulls hard from low revs...yet it keeps punching at the top of the revs as well(which is unusual for a turbo engine I reckon).

I had a couple of genuine laugh out loud moments in it the other day and the performance has seriously impressed me. It makes my 370Z seem like a slug in comparison! Their power deliveries are completely opposite to each other.

I'm really excited about getting to know the M4 more for sure. smile

Fabulous car, lovely colour! Shame it is the auto (sorry couldn't resist)!

Are you keeping the 370Z?

I always planned for the 370Z to be a keeper, so it is staying with me. thumbup

I've fitted some new OEM black gloss front grills this morning. It seems to take the guys on YouTube around 10 minutes to do...I was pissing about with them for over 2 hours and my hands are cut to ribbons! hehe

Really pleased with the result though now. In the future I think I'm going to swap the side gills to black as well. smile

Gave it a quick wash earlier. I reckon that I've actually washed it/looked at it more than I've actually driven it! biggrin I'm really chuffed with the colour for sure. smile

One thing I have noticed is that I reckon it could do with some spacers on it(I have 25mm all round on the 370), I don't think I'll bother though but it would be nice if the wheels did sit flush with the arches though.

Gorgeous colour coolthumbup

I say get some spacers; fit them and if you like, keep em on. If not, sell them on... wink
