Good morrow fellow Trivialities everywherecoffee
I'm still here, alive and kicking, well, more alive and snotting to be honest, but nevertheless I'm here.

I have a telephone Dr's appointment this morning to review my meds and blood test I had a couple of weeks ago, nothing serious but I do want to talk about a couple of things.

Hope Byker's op went ok, we still don't know whether to address him/her/she/he/it/that/them/those/wardrobe as, er, well, him/her/she/he/it/that/them/those/wardrobe!!!!

How are you doing today Dermot O'Logical?

Good morning all.

It was bright and sunny out there earlier, but some high cloud is drifting in now.

Mrs WS has an appointment with the dentist this morning. I managed to get 5 bags of moss/thatch from the lawn yesterday - another of those jobs you wish you'd never started, but satisfying when completed.

GWS all under the weather Trivialites.

Byketta, I hope your op went well and you enjoy a swift recovery with your private prawns and pretty nurses.
Morning all.

Home last night, but couldn't sleep much, wasn't tired. This morning I'm very achey, so have popped some pain killers.

I have to wear the clot stockings for 2 weeks. I do hope they make me cleverer

A quick look downstairs, half shaven, so it's a bit

biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Mrs B has got up early to walk Asha, now is off to drop the car off for MOT/service... All that mileage means it alerts for an oil change regularly etc.

I sat doing welsh lessons last night whilst waiting to come home. I think Duolingo was trolling me
Translations were about the doctor treating my sickness, blood tests, where the new surgery will be...

Bobbers I do hope you've not picked up that virus I had.. Hope you're feeling better soon.
Same for anyone else fee=ling poorly as the nice weather is just coming

Whan I get the chance I'll read the docs on my head unit in the TVR, see if I can put music though USB to it, but I have my phone plugged in for Waze/sat nav. I have burnt MP3 to cd and put them in that way, but it doesn't always like a full cd/dvd.

Phone hasn't got lots of storage for music, but then I've now time to dump off photos and make space I guess. Have a tidy up.
Just got to avoid the temptation to sit at home ordering stuff.

Good to see you back Bykerette, just wait until it starts growing back down there!!!
As for what ails me, I just feel washed out, my nose keeps going from blocked to running and I can't sleep properly because of it.

Thats how that virus started for me, felt like a cold/man flu for about a week, then wham, no energy. Everything went down on my chest and lots of coughing. Hopefully it's not that

Does up on paracetamol to try to kill it early.

Water's of again. FFS. Second time this year, with the first being a big outage requiring water bottle collection points to be set up across the town. I hope they fix this one faster than the three days of last time!

Well there is a shortage after the terrible drought we had to endure yesterday.
Thank goodness there's an ample supply of raw sewage!
Hopefully most of that can go towards the bonuses of the Water Utility CEOs.

Don't forget to respect the hosepipe ban! nono

Fear not! It seems I can spray my hosepipe willy-nilly once again! There's a sound suspiciously like cisterns refilling, and a man in an orange jacket has just replaced a street-level cover in the pavement. Hurrah!

A very good morning on this rainy rainy fête de travail and the anniversary of Magoo seniors birth some
one hundred and fourteen (114) years ago. It really was a different world back then.

Perambulation has been carried out by all three(3) of us in full wet weather costumes.

Madame M may take a looksee down at the Mayday fair in the village this afternoon but if it’s raining she’s on her own!

Salmon for lunch and I’ve requested boiled spuds to accompany. Speaking of patates! My spuds int garden have broke surface and should need banking up by the end of the week! It’s a risky business this early planting before May but I’ve a plastic sheet at the ready to protect from frosts etc. Onions are doing well with nearly all showing sprouting growth.

Get well soon all you poor souls.

Fout.
