Hi all,

Apologies I am unsure of how to attach photos but will provide links below. My car unfortunately has been involved in a hit and run whilst parked up. Quite significant damage which can't really be seen via the photos as its quite reflective. All on the rear quarter panel and side skirt. Two quite significant dents, bodywork pushed in where by the side skirt protrudes out. The aftermarket splitter we can forget about. My question is I can purchase a second hand quarter panel for £120, but how much would this cost me to get fitted? I've been told it is quite a big job. The panel would need painting also. I think it would produce a better result than just getting it filled in with filler, but I'm no expert so I welcome your opinions. I do want a good job, on the other hand cost is also an issue as this came out of no where.

Thank you in advance.

turns out I can't post images or links as I am new. Is there a way round this?

But to describe it. its a 3 door 1 series, quarter panel has two major dents on top of drivers side wheel arch, bottom of wheel arch, body panel has been pushed in, side skirt is sticking out away from the body panel which has been pushed in. plenty of scratching and scuff. The side skirt will most definitely need replacing which I have found a second hand one for £30. Sorry this must be hard to comprehend from texts alone and no images!
