Notes

Like most here, I have an interest in all things automotive, and recently got interested in cooking, when I have the time.
Also into music of all kinds, rock mainly.
I was a wagon driver for 20 years,i passed my test at 23, so fairly well traveled, around the u.k and Europe, with a few trips into Russia and Turkey.
I mainly worked in the music industry, carting bands gear on tours all over the place from Manchester, to Madrid, to Moscow, etc.

I loved my job, I wish a lot of people had a better understanding of trucks and what they do, but I'd never defend bad lorry driving, elephant racing etc!
Sadly lost my licence in 2014 due to a major head injury and have been fighting the DVLA ever since to get it back. Challenging to say the least frown

Favorite cars driven, were an e34 bmw, m5, (mine) and a ferrari f430 spyder, not mine.
Dream car, for me it has to be the f40 smile

Would love to get back into a decent driving job, but think its a distant memory. I now do some chauffeur work and some survey type work, and hopeful as to where these may lead...
