It seems to be the opinion of many that a car has had it once it reaches 100k miles.

This makes interesting reading and just wondered what kind of mileages the PH Subaru chaps have on their scoobies?

Mines an 03 WRX PPP wagon - 102000 miles but drives and looks like the odometer should read 10200!!

130,000km on mine = 81,000 miles. I've had it since 58k km / 36k miles and its been close to faultless so far.

139,000 miles on my RB5. Totally standard so never missed a beat engine wise, and serviced by Subaru regularly. The clutch failed about a year ago, which has been the only real problem in 5 and a half years of ownership. I have roughly doubled the mileage, was on 72,000 miles when I got it - what can I say - I love driving it, and until recently has been my daily drive.

About 92,000 on my UK Turbo 2000 - it might look tidy but the engine has serious knock and needs a rebuild. It's been parked up in disgrace in the front garden for a couple of months now, while I decide whether to fix it or burn it.

"2004 STi, WRB, purchased September 24, 2003. 288,000 miles on original block, head gasket, turbo and tranny. DD, since day one. Just drove another 1000 in the past week for commuting. Makes it worth the drive!"

Christ that's good going.

Only 61k on mine.

82,000 on my 54 Impreza STI
113,000 on my 04 Forester XT

Both fine and the Impreza feels sharper than my previous nearly new Hawkeye STI.

56K on my '98 Terzo, bought on NYE at 44K, pampered pet thrown into daily use - I either retire it to preserve the low mileage or accept it's going nowhere and carry on using it at every opportunity. No mods bar an SS cat back.

MY00 Turbo 2000 PPP wagon just coming up for 84k miles. It does feel its age a bit (odd creak here and there) and could probably do with a suspension refresh but pulls really well and the gearbox is still great. Its a daily driver for me for most of the year and I intend to keep it going a good couple of years and then retire/semi-retire it as I love it to bits! smile

135k on my '02 wagon.
Uses no oil or water at all, feels as tight as a drum.

106k on my 2005 Forester XT. Lots of engine modifications. I watch the oil like a hawk. Its still on its first clutch.

Just clicked over 109k on my 02 Bug WRX. Bought it on 98k and have loved every mile, still feels very well damped, nimble and keen to rev. Only non-service issues Ive encountered have been a lambda sensor popping loose in the exhaust (was just welded back in) and a neutral position switch (£15 eBay - sorted), hoping for many more fun miles biggrin

Very nice, was tempted by newage cars but got a classic wagon in the end. Is yours a standard 215bhp or has had work done?

124k 2005 Forester XT PPP - purchased it last year with 118k on the clock. Though its prob less as im running around on 'smaller' tyres which makes the speedo over read (10mph on motorway, 5mph around town)

Not sure how much it had done to it but had a new turbo at around 116k

Cheers! It's boggo standard at the moment so just the 215 horses although they do feel frisky. I fancy freeing up some more power and some flat four warble so have a Prodrive rear exhaust section going on and some uprated grooved discs, kevlar pads (Godspeed jobbies), Dot 5.1 fluid and braided brake lines to sort the stopping out in readiness for getting the other exhaust bits needed for a remap at some point next year.... I keep reading on here that they go so much better with a remap so I thought I have to find out for myself tongue out.

The fact that it's a wagon has come in real handy a few times aswell - can easily get a couple of surfboards in the back with wetsuit gear or a load of junk for a tip run etc... A happy wagoner driving

76k miles on my RB5. I doubt it felt any better the day it was originally sold.
