New company car allowance-thing states I can have any VW, Audi, Seat or Skoda upto the value of £27.5k Ideally it should run on derv. I'll be doing motorway miles.

Thinking of Tiguan.

Any help appreciated.

If it was me, Audi A5. Would have to be the 2.0TDi but the Quattro is just within budget.

Can you not take the money and not get a bland euro box?

If it was my choice I would also go for the A5 or maybe a Rocco

Buy a Skoda Superb, they are as the name states. For motorway mile munching there must be few better cars, for the price it is astonishing.

I like your thinking. If it was upto me I'd get a VW Fox and pocket the remaining cash. I can get a petrol upto 25k or a diesel for upto 27.5k

Maybe not a Fox, from what I understand, they are one of the most hateful cars on the road. Better off with an Ibiza or Fabia or something else cheap and chearful...

Get a Golf 2.0 TDI GT DSG as they are a good car. The Skoda Superb is a good idea and also think about a top of the range Skoda Octavia Scout, and if you can what ever car you get try and get four wheel drive as the Audi Quattro system is used in most VAG cars

For £27.5k you can get a top spec. Seat Exeo with most of the options list ticked.

I hadn't even thought about a Seat. I still have a 1980's based aversion to Skodas... Even though I know they are a great car.

Have been told I can change my car every six months or 8000 miles, which ever comes sooner. So I suppose I could try a Skoda, then ditch it in six months if I can't handle stigma....

It's in the car leasing industry.
