Have had this car over a year now but just realized I've never posted it in here

A couple of pics, taken this afternoon before and after washing.

Tucked away

I Absolutely love her. cloud9
She has been a superb car so far (just over a year and 10k miles) I had to put a clutch kit on her recently but other than that she has been faultless.

I'll take a few more pics of the interior and suchlike and add more info too.
smile

I'm very happy with her.

thanks Andy, nice of you to say so cool
yes the wheels are std, they could do with a refurb though as the face edges look like they've been shot blasted (I have looked at a few Volvos with the same style wheels, they all go like it frown ).
I have been quoted £50 per wheel, so cheap enough to get them done.

That's a good price per wheel! These S60s are great cars, very comfortable and refined. The interiors are super comfortable, they can give a very reclined, relaxed driving position without being unergonomic. I've never been in a diesel but the 5 cylinder petrols sound great when pressing on, the 5 cylinder hum is wonderful.

I know I sound like a broken record harping on about Volvos (on other threads) but they really do make very comfortable cars cloud9

The 5cyl Diesel sounds great, it has a real induction roar (Rwwaaaaaaar...Rwwaaaaaaaaar..Rwwaaaaaar..up through the gears) to it when pressing-on..it pulls clean from the bottom-end, with massive mid-range shove and unlike many other TDIs (I have driven before and have owned) the D5 pulls strong (almost like a petrol) right to the redline...it is a very enjoyable car to drive

If you told me I'd be saying that about a Diesel before I got this one, I'd have laughed at you.

Today I got busy with the Autogylm Bumper Gel.
Note to self "next car needs to have colour coded trim"

before.

Halfway (you can really see how badly the trim had faded).
