Hi i am new to this forum. I thought i would put a wee post up about my car.

When i got the car it was completely standard. I got pretty bored with it quickly and decided to change a few things.

This is the list at the moment.

Engine.
k04 turbo
s3 injectors
autotech high pressure fuel pump
ths engine mounts
itg intake
forge intercooler
forge diverter valve
bsh pcv fix
blueflame turbo back
revo stage 3 software (370bhp)

Handeling.
Bcs Big brake kit(just fitted no photos as yet)
Kw v1 coilovers
bsh drop links
whiteline anti lift kit
whiteline front and rear sway bars
xb unibrace
ub unibrace

Exterior.
us spec rear bumper(smoothed and painted)
us spec r32 rear lights
smoothed and painted side skirts
front spliter smoothed and painted
team dynamic pro race 1.2 with parada spec 2's

I have not done anything to the interior other than add an rcd510 (upgraded head unit from the mk6)

I am sure i have forgot a few bits but that's the just of it at the moment.

all comments welcome  :happy2:

It looks very purposeful on the black 1.2's and the silver works well too. Is that your R32?

No thats a friends. Usually has nicer wheels on it. Think he wants more power now as a friend has just bought a supercharged r32.

Looks nice, don't see many in silver. That number plate is almost worth a lot of money!

Thanks, for the commentsbiggrin. The car is currently running 370bhp with the new turbo it should be over 400bhp with water meth im hoping for around 420-430ish. I have just put on xenons and the bcs big brake kit on 330mm 4pots

...not massive but i got them for cheap. I am awaiting the turbo and hopefully have it back on the road in the next week or so.smile

How does the front diff handle all the additional power?

How quick is it compared to a 'charged R32?

I prefer the Jetta, bar the front number plate. I am not saying your Golf isn't nice but I think the black wheels detract from details.

The charged 32 is putting out 350bhp and weighs a slight bit more. The difference is massive. My car is quite a bit faster but is no where near as smooth. The noise of the 32 is insain as well. They are tottaly different cars. Not got a slip diff on it but am looking to get a wavetrack diff next month. Yes its a bit insain with 370 bhp and no diff but its honestly not that bad just cant wait to get one on it though.

This is the first Golf I've seen in a very long time that I actually like, for the simple reason it's modified with a purpose. To go faster, handle better and stop quicker. How it should be done.
