I've heard back from the ad team. There is apparently two very similar hangover ads being used in Australia, though neither of them are meant to be expandable. To narrow down the offending ad, the ad team is requesting a full size screen cap of the advert and, ideally, the URL it takes you to if you click on the ad.

Can't you put the ads in a iframe/div/whatever with a set height? At least it wont overspill, but get cropped.

Seems better now, it's actually in the box - although this is at home rather than mobile.

No it's not better, it's still doing it. Just delete the f'ing thing, it's really not hard, the work of moments if someone actually cared that it makes the site a mess.
