Starting my training this weekend...as I've been off the booze since BTaP due to various reasons

I am having a dry run (erm or not so dry liver conditioning run) in Oxford tonight, then tomorrow over the Lincs for a couple of cheeky ones in Stamford, maybe a couple of wind down ones on Sunday evening - nothing Monday then BOOOOOOOOOOM! All subject to be legal to travel...

I did a bit much training last night and ended up getting in at 5:15 and felt rather tired and poor, doh I can only see this getting worse on Tuesday.
