Simon, just a thought, but how about fitting a needle roller bearing to the bottom of the pedals where the fixing bolt goes through into the floor brackets?

Hi Wayne...

Sounds nice but given limited travel probably overkill - correct bush design...did I just type that!!!...is one fixed pressed-in insert housing the floating insert that then gets clamped as per factory set-up. I'm gonna use some Ti fixings on my set-up for extra bling and weight saving!

Hope I can get my man to post everything out soon....I'm really asking a lot from him at the mo as I'm not back till the 21st Aug....his list is quite long...pedals, vents, dash panel, gearlinkage & UJ's, handbrake, wheel nuts, wheel centres, coil pack mounts.....and some more I've forgotton!

What are you doing with the gear linkage out of interest?

Out of that list I think there are only 2, maybe 3, items that have been discussed before so it's time you spilt the beans.

I'm declaring an interest in wheel nuts and coil pack mount.

We need Pics or CAD models closely followed by prices.
