I cut this off too early, as it also went round the next few bends much like that.
Anyway, this was my first go in that car, so it was an unprovoked slide which just

Pause during gameplay or replay. Go to photo mode. After you saved photo, it'll give you the option to upload to storefront (assuming you're on live). Once you do that go to http://forzamotorsport.net/ then My forza. Photo should be right near the top.
