RT-10 ALARM PROBLEM
Discussion
I just removed the factory alarm on mine (and the chimer, so it doesn't annoy me
) It was fairly easy for me but I have the wiring loom out of the car and spread over the spare bedroom floor. There are many wires, as it connects into many differant things including the ECU. Not sure if it would be possible to do it in the car. I will have a look tonight and see what I think.

Hiya Sharks,Got your phone message and you need to contact Barry "Dr.Bob" Adams the UK Viper Club Technical Director [trained by the Wizard!!
]. I just talked to him and he has an extra key FOB which he may be able to program to your GENI and get you out of trouble? Then if you'd like I can get you a couple of new factory key FOB's.
Dr.Bob said he may also be in your area tomorrow, so get a hold of him today!Cheers
I had a similar problem with my 96 gts, it had no original fob and one day the factory alarm activated itself. To turn it off I had to find a pale green wire with an orange stripe which comes out of an ecu located on the drivers side foot well area. I had to give it a live feed for a second and that switched the factory alarm off. This may or may not help but could be worth a go. Clive.
