I was reminded of another one on the ride home tonight.

'Beware of Volvos'

Of all the cars on the road Volvos are the ones that consistantly drive like twunts.

I first heard that saying in the 80's, I think it came froma cartoon strip in a bike magazine, and to be fair I think its a bit out of date now.

I find 4x4's and vans the worst, by a country mile.

Got a Tee st which says, 'objects in the rear mirror don't matter'.
Actually not as mad as it sounds as I was once told 'the safest way to ride is 5km faster than the traffic'.

If there is enough grip to brake for the bend then there is enough grip to get it round the bend – of course the flip side of that is if there isnt your stuffed smile

Sorry if this is a duplicate, but stay clear man-hole covers on the road. If wet they are as grippy as an over paid hooker with a bottle of Castol bed oil.

the difference between a fast rider and a slow rider is.. to go Really fast in the fast corners, slow corners are slow corners.
