Nice car. I do like those wheels.
I love them also! Probably the only wheels I would have on mine apart from the RL7'sHi Arnaud , glad it has a good home.
HI Tim
Thanks again for this easy friendly sale , I realy enjoy the car & it's workin great , hope it will last
About the wheel you knew that on my way back I've hit a bump or hole which bent quite a bit the front right rim
So unlucky !
I went today at FIXALU (.com) ,driving the car, park in front, went to have a pizza, went back & took the car fixed , took 40 mn !! Rim is perfect for 150€
Just recieved the new discs , I bought goodridge line on ebay & redstuff too , looks like all new brakes this week end ..
I would like to get rid of the epoxy smell when car is very hot on traffic , coming I guess from exhaust heat , wrapping/insulate those magnifique ACT manifold would be a shame but what else could I do ?
Btw the Sound is absolutely beasty , but not too loud , perfect combination
& also the bonnet is moving at speed , If there is a clue for that ?
However I found the clue to reduce the back of car moving side to side , easy on gaz !!

After much messing around with the original bonnet locking system I threw it all in the bin and spent some money on a system more suited to a 200MPH car. There is also a flush fitting version that can more easily be blended and body coloured if you prefer. I quite liked the black ones though as my colour scheme is all black and yellow. I have tested these at 190mph+ in Germany and they do the job.

Thanks Fatjon that seems perfect
However I pretty like the no handle nowhere smooth looking of the car & it ads a thing outside...
I would prefer an underneath system , but unfortntly I've already broke the left fixation on the bonnet wich got stuck on my sweater once , sweater got nothing ! seems like the fixation was very weak in glass fiber .
So I need to consider this option , my car being dark green with black extras it would match anyway.
Maybe other solutions for a common problem on Cerb ?

Not sure the car is saved as long as it's not in UK anymore
I was interested in that car from ACT too! In fact I contacted 2 Cerbera sellers last december, including Tim from ACT. Finally I bought the other one on 26th of january, a nice 4L5 rosso pearl...
One more "saved" Cerbera coming in France. Saved until I go to Le Mans (or Magny Cours), not just for watching!
That's sad we don't have any good TVR forum in France, I'll have to continue to bother English PH people with my little problems!

Bonjour Cerberano (Thats about the limit of my french)
Back to the original problem....The Bonnet retaining rings can be bought from Racing Green

If fitted properly you won't have any problems with the bonnet lifting.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know the Cam Covers do NOT have a gasket, they use a very thin bead of HT Silicone. But be careful, you only want a THIN bead.
Enjoy the Car
