Miners trapped in Wales
Discussion
4 people apparently.
The interview on sky news was rather enlightening.
Kay Burley: What is the colliery used for.
Rescuer: It's a coal mine.

Hope they get out alive and she finds use as a pit prop.

That's about 4.1 miles away from my house, never knew there was an active mine nearby.
I can pop up later and tell the reporter to sort her act out if you like?, better still I'll do the reporting

If the tunnels are stable but flooded couldn't the rescuers just send in some divers? Haven't seen any information about the water levels etc. (?) Anyone know what the rescue plan might be?
They tried sending divers in, but the visibility was zero so they are going to pump out as much as they can before trying again.Gassing Station | News, Politics & Economics | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
