was at Pets at home this morning. They had 4 bearded Dragons in one large tank.

It was a lot of determination (and lack of bank Balance) not to get one or two smile

If you're want one and want to keep costs down have a look here:

Sadly there are allot of Bearded Dragons that seem to have been bought (at great expense) then kids loose interest etc. I'd have got a preloved Beardie except the closest one to me was a 6 hour round trip which I didn't think would be fair on him/her.

I'd say I've spent about £300 all in. I was going to make my own vivarium but I originally was going to put it in one of the livingrooms so my other half wanted one on a stand that 'looked nice'. Think she was trying to tell me something about my DIY workmanship?!

I wouldn't be tempted to get 2, they're solitary in the wild and it's a stong possibility that if you have two, they mate if you have one of each sex or fight if not.

To me they're similar upkeep to tropical fish (poss less) except you can pet them and they give allot more back than fish!

ETA another pic.

Can you tell me the difference between these 2 dragons? What are they called, citrus? Leatherback? Is it the picture or is it multi coloured?

Thanks
