Forgive me if I've missed it but Lloyd Brevett might not be the most famous guy to pop his clogs but he was a pretty influential fella on ska/reggae. Kinda tragic circumstances too really, for his family.

In all likelihood he would have been freed on appeal, an appeal that would have gone ahead if he had not been released due to ill health. Coincidence?
His conviction was a political decision.

I have to agree with you, I remember to the second where I was when this all unfolded... ((I am in SW Scotland).

Perhaps the true culprit has already (far too late) had his comeuppance, I believe we will never truly know...

At the end of the day, a lot of innocent people died and for one reason or another we may never know the truth.
