Yes but wishing death on an old lady who means no harm to anyone is a tad harsh.

I am indifferent about the Monarchy itself.

yes I've been going round shouting "TRAITOR!", "TAKE HIM TO THE TOWER!" and "OFF WITH HIS HEAD!" when people say "Union Jack". Only a foreigner wouldn't know the difference. yes

My other "Is he a Nazi spy" test is to ask "Is this flag the right way round?"
Or "right way up" even...

Flag Institute said:
According to the vexillological organisation for the United Kingdom, "the national flag of the United Kingdom, the Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territories is the Union Flag, which may also be called the Union Jack."

It also notes that "From early in its life the Admiralty itself frequently referred to the flag as the Union Jack, whatever its use, and in 1902 an Admiralty Circular announced that Their Lordships had decided that either name could be used officially. In 1908, a government minister stated, in response to a Parliamentary question, that "the Union Jack should be regarded as the National flag"

For those of us who do not know which way our national flag should be flown with regard to the right way up should hang their head in shame

I am flying a 5' x 3' Union Jack with Royal Crest for the duration of the celebrations.

I will be flying the Knights Templar flag after that.

Cheers. BB.
