Good article imo. (Strange that John Henry linked it.......)

Just read it and it's scary in that it seems written with "inside knowledge" as such it may happen. If it does the family angle will be minimal and the extra value seats maximised to make ££

As I've said previously my premier club seats went from £2300 to £3000 this season and to justify it they have made food compulsory ie it's included. The reason for the poor food take up previously is that there is nowhere to eat it as both paisley and shankly lounged are full to bursting as that add more and more premium seats.

This is a ruthless money making machine dressed up as a football club, personally I will continue to go as long as it offers good football and value - I can't imagine not going to be honest.

However I now have to eat £30 of food every home game so may need 2 seats next season

Lol - that's exactly their plan!! smile

Let me know if you have tickets going spare for any of the LFC away games in London, will definitely take them off your hands at face value plus "a drink"

I can't believe its gone up by that much. As for the food, I'd rather a bag of chips outside every time. When I spoke to the club yesterday apparently they've revamped the lounges so I guess we'll see.

See now I don't get this, admittedly I don't know the player but just because he is cheap and unknown doesnt mean he is st and you are scrabbling

Valencia has been one or our best players and he came from Wigan

Never heard of him!

Still, sounds like an excellent player, great pace and distribution, scores goals from everywhere, cheap at 20m and 100k pw. The next Alonso if you will.

Get him bought!

If he comes in and we get rid of Hollywood and the hand waving short lad I'd think it was an improvement. If he end up playing alongside these two rejects I expect to see us competing with Villa next season.

Everyone's paid it and the two spare cancellations I had have found homes - methinks they are taking the piss though

Chelski's new look team formation for 2012/13 season has been leaked and JT's spokesman said he can't wait to get back and play just as soon as he has lifted the European cup Sunday he'll be on his way home.

O/T but I was reading this thread on my phone the other day, and my girlfriend looked over my shoulder and asked 'Why is someone called 'Horny Trider'?' laugh

I'm fed up with being linked to players like siggurdson and victor moses, we sold a big player like Torres and we've only bought players that are "good" we need to show a bit more ambition. Suarez was signed earlier if people are thinking he's a top player

Is that right, Torres won the Golden Boot?

Gotta say though, just about every goal he scores seems to come from him cutting in from the left and curling the ball round the advancing keeper into the right hand corner. hehe

Of the three goals he scored, two were against the ROI and one was against an already beaten Italian side.
